Premium and VIP subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current paid period. Partial-month subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Wallet top-ups pay for metered GPU rendering. You are only charged for renders that actually run; a render that fails to complete is not billed. Unused wallet balance is non-expiring while your account is active. If a charge was made in error, contact support and we will review it.
Email Obsidian Metrics support from the address on your account with the charge date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
